Instructions
Step 1
Making the sauce: Add 2T red pepper flakes, 1T red pepper paste, 3T soy sauce, 2T cooking wine, 1T minced garlic, 1/2t minced ginger, 1T sugar
Step 2
and a bit pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Preparing the vegetables: Cut half an onion into appropriate sizes. Slice the carrot and mushrooms thinly. Cut the green onions diagonally.
Step 4
Preparing the squid: Remove the squid intestine and wash it well in water. Make diagonal cuts on one side and another diagonal cut on the opposite side. Then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
Place the sliced squid in a bowl. Add the sauce we made earlier. Mix well.
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a preheated pan. Put the carrots and onions. Stir-fry the carrots and onions on high heat for about 1 minute.
Step 7
After 1 minute, add the mushrooms and stir-fry them together. Then add the squid mixed with the sauce and stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 8
Lastly, add the green onions and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Step 9
Turn off the heat and add 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds, 1/2T honey or oligosaccharides. Mix well. Very delicious and savory stir-fried squid is done!
