Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for crust. Bake at 350* for 8 minutes.
For Curd
Step 2
Put everything but butter into sauce pan.
Step 3
Cook on medium/low and whisk constantly for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Fold in one stick of melted butter.
Step 5
Chill for 3 hours.
Fudge
Step 6
Take all fudge ingredients and microwave for 1 minute (or until chips melt). Mix, mix, mix!
Whipped Cream
Step 7
Whip cream with vanilla and sugar until peaks form.
Lemon Filling
Step 8
Add lemon curd, fudge, and whipped cream. Fold to combine. Place in crust and chill until ready to serve!
