Instructions
Step 1
Cover the raisins with hot water for 1 hour then drain the water
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 170°C
Step 3
Mix together the grape molasses and the water
Step 4
Add the sugar, olive oil, and orange juice
Step 5
In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt and raisins before adding it to the wet ingredients
Step 6
Divide into 15 cookies (60g each)
Step 7
Bake at 170°C for 25 to 30 minutes
Step 8
Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them on a wire rack to cool completely
