middle eastern, cubed

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chicken, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, and seasonings. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes then cook in a skillet over high heat until chicken is fully cooked through and slightly crisp. While the chicken is cooking combine onions, olive oil, salt, vinegar, parsley and sumac. Once the chicken is cooked through add the seasoned onions, pickled turnips and pickles to the chicken mix well and cut the heat. Place some of the filling into the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll it tuck in the sides and seal the ends shut with water. You can deep fry until golden brown or air fry by spaying them with nonstick spray and air frying at 400° for 12 minutes flipping halfway until golden brown. Serve with garlic sauce for dipping and enjoy.
