Bengali shrimp curry

My mom used to make this for me and our family. Im not sure if she made it up or got it from an indian cook book but it's really good.

Instructions

Step 1
Add 2-3 tbs canola oil in skillet wait until it gets hot.
Step 2
Throw in curry leaves. Add onion and salt then saute.
Step 3
Add garlic ginger paste, and diced or whole chilis turmeric, cayenne, salt and stir.
Step 4
Add in shrimp and tomato sauce then refill tomato sauce can with water and dump in. Simmer until shrimps are fully cooked.
Step 5
Top with lemon juice and cilantro. Enjoy with a side of white rice.
