Instructions
Step 1
In a pan or skillet heat olive oil and add minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Add cauliflower rice and cook 2-3 minutes until tender stirring occasionally. Add about 1/2 to a cup of water and cook until most of it has evaporated.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add butter, almond flour and both cheeses and stir until all ingredients are combined.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy.
