Ingredients
6 servings
500gchicken breast
1 Tbschicken seasoning
2 Tbsfajita seasoning
1onion
finely diced
3peppers
finely diced
3cloves garlic
300gpasta
uncooked weight
400mlchicken stock
hot
600mlmilk
warmed
1 tspmustard
I used English mustard, optional
120gcheese
I used a mix of extra mature cheddar, and mozzarella
Parsley
chilli flakes
to garnish, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Start by seasoning the chicken.
Step 2
Fry the chicken until it’s cooked through and browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add in the onions and peppers into the same pan and cook until soft, then add in the garlic and cook for a minute or so.
Step 4
Add in the uncooked pasta and give it a good mix, then add in the stock and milk. Cook this until the pasta has cooked and you’re left with a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Add in the mustard and the cheese and mix until the cheese has melted, then season to taste.
Step 6
Add the chicken back in. Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
