Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
Step 2
Drain sun dried tomatoes and reserve the oil
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl blend 1/2 cup of tomatoes with artichoke hearts, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Heat reserved oil from tomatoes in a skillet. When got sear chicken on both sides.
Step 5
Place chicken in casserole dish in a single layer then top with the artichoke tomato mix.
Step 6
Bake 20-30 mins
