Instructions
Step 1
Add all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix well together.

Step 2
Add all wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a mixer. If batter is to thick, thin it with some more milk. Should be creamy but not runny.
Step 3
Poor mixture into muffin tins. Sprinkle a little sugar on top for a nice crispy crust.
Step 4
Bake at 200°c for 18 minutes. Let cool before removing or serving.
