Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350F

- Peel wash and cut 8 medium white potatoes and put in pot with water to cover

- Once mushrooms are half cooked, turn down to medium and wait for chicken to finish

Once chicken is finished, start plating (use mashed potatoes to surround plate, put chicken and mushrooms in middle)
