Yellow wine chicken
Yellow wine has been in storage for a year or 2, it turned black. Was told the longer it was kept, it’s better. It is a homemade yellow wine by my aunt, authentic Hakka yellow wine. Simple recipe for late grandma

Instructions
Step 1
Soak black fungus for 5-10 mins, it will expand and soften . Cut strips
Step 2
Put in slices mushroom , to roast for 1-2mins. Then add oil
Step 3
Stir in ginger till aromatic. And add chicken, half spring onion.
Step 4
Continue to stir for around 5-10 mins.
Step 5
Adding in yellow wine.
Step 6
Set pressure cooker on HI for 10 mins.
Step 7
Manual release. Garnish with spring onion.
Step 8
Serve with hot rice.
