Step 1
Pour all ingredients except blueberries into a blender and blitz until smooth Rub butter or spray coconut oil in 2 ramekins Place 2 tbs frozen blueberries into each ramekins, divide batter between each bowl. Bake in an air fryer at 350 for 10-12 minutes or oven for 20. Serve with a drizzle of honey or dollop of yogurt. Great warm or at room temperature
