Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350f/180c. Line 12-14 mini muffin pan with paper muffin liners and set aside
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together, flour, baking powder and oats. Set aside
Step 3
In a large bowl, add olive oil, applesauce, honey and an egg. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes or until combined
Step 4
Add dry ingredients into the mixture and blend for approximately 2 minutes until we'll mixed
Step 5
Fill each cupcake case with 1 tbsp of Pupcakes mix
Step 6
Bake Pupcakes for 12-15 minutes. Pupcakes are done when you can stick a toothpick into the cake and it comes out clean. Remove from pan and leave to cool on a wire rack
Step 7
Pip, drizzle or spread honey glazed icing onto the Pupcakes (optional)
