The Best 15 Minute Dinner | Creamy sun dried tomatoe & butter bean one pot
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tin butter beans
- 1 cup of cream
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt
Method:
- Dice onion and garlic and fry in some of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes.
- Add salt and oregano
- Chop and add all of the sun dried tomatoes, cream & spinach and cook on low light for 10 minutes
