Instructions
Step 1
Layer the thyme, feta, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and peppercorns into a sterile and dry 1-pt [16-oz] Mason jar. Top with enough olive oil so that everything is completely submerged.
Step 2
Seal and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 2 weeks.
Step 3
Remove from refrigerator at least 20 minutes before serving, as the olive oil will thicken up when chilled.
