Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the pistachio cream, pour the sugar, cornstarch, salt (optional) and egg yolks into a saucepan.
Step 2
Continue by adding the pistachio paste and some of the milk at room temperature.
Step 3
Mix vigorously with a whisk until you get a smooth mixture. Then add the remaining milk and transfer the mixture to the heat e trasferite il composto sul fuoco.
