Undo It p396. Tangy, asian insipired dressing uses high protein, heigh-fiber white beans in place of oil. Make few hours in advance so it can be fully infused with the flavors of the ginger and garlic.
NOTES: Miso thick, tangy paste typically made from fermented soybeans. White shorter then yellow or red so milder in flavor. Start with 3 TBS and adjust to taste. If milder desired add another TBS of white beans with TBS water.
