Instructions

Step 1
On med hi heat, brown turkey with season salt and tarragon.
Step 2
Add chopped zucchini and cook for 3-5 mins
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook for another 3 mins until zucchini is tender and tomatoes start to break down
Step 4
Add broth and cornstarch, simmer until broth begins to thicken
Step 5
Serve over rice or quinoa
