1. Prepare the Meatballs:

• In a big bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and milk until everything's nicely combined.

• Shape the mixture into meatballs.

• Lightly coat the meatballs with flour, getting rid of any excess.

• Heat up the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

• Brown the meatballs in batches, making sure all sides get nice and golden.

3. Simmer in Sauce:

• In a slow cooker, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water until you have a smooth sauce.
