Bowl
Step 2
2. Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Place the marinated chicken strips in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Step 3
3. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the Hokkien noodles according to the package instructions, usually by soaking in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 4
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Heat coconut oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables and sauté until just tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
5. Combine and Season: Add the air-fried chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Stir in the cooked noodles along with the second jar of satay sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated and heated through.
Step 6
6. Finish and Serve: Drizzle toasted sesame oil over the dish just before serving for added aroma and flavor. Serve hot, garnished with toasted chopped peanuts, a sprinkle of dried cilantro, and fresh lime wedges on the side.
