Instructions

Step 1
Mix together Greek yogurt, spices, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until well blended.
Step 2
Add your medium diced chicken breasts to your yogurt marinade and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 mins but the longer the better.
Step 3
Put your diced chicken onto kabob skewers. If you use wood skewers, soak the skewers in water for 15 mins to avoid burning on the grill.
Step 4
Grill chicken on grill for 15 mins. Turning every 5 mins. Outside should be slightly crispy with charred edges but still moist inside.
