Béchamel Sauce
Step 1
Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat.
Step 2
When the butter is melted add the flour and stir well with a whisk

Now add the milk sip by sip and always stir well. There should be no lumps.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it thicken for 2 min.
Lasagna
Step 5
Cook the lasagne sheets for approx. 2 mins until they are slightly softened but not fully cooked.
Step 6
Meanwhile, grate the Gruyère.
Step 7
First place 1 lasagne sheet in the baking dish and spread with 1/4 of the sauce. Then cover with 2 slices of ham and sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese.
Step 8
Repeat this step 2 more times.
Step 9
Finally, place a lasagne sheet on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 10
Then crack the 2 eggs onto the lasagne. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 11
Bake the lasagne at 180 degrees for approx. 20 mins.
