Wash onion and mushrooms

Chop onion into qrtrs and slice thin

Smash, peel and mince garlic.

Bring skillet to medium high heat

Add butter to skillet

Add all the vegetables
Step 7
Once onions begin to reduce, add in soy sauce and fish sauce
Step 8
Allow for the vegetables and sauces to reduce into until desired thickness
