Instructions

Step 1
To make the béchamel, melt the butter in a medium pan, and then whisk in the flour. Season with salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring, then gradually whisk in the milk, and bring to the boil, for about 30 mins, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
