Instructions
Step 1
Pour olive oil on to pan

Cut green onions save green parts for later

Add garlic and green onion, and regular onions to pan. Cook until golden

Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes

Toss potatoes in pot, add broth 2-3 cups enough to cover potatoes. Add spices and stir. Bring to boil for 5 min. Decrease temperature to medium- low and Cook for 15-20 min.
Step 6
Test that potatoes are cook properly by grabbing a fork and knife and pocking potatoes if it passed all through, and the potatoes are soft. They are ready.

Add heavy cream

Scoop potatoes unto, bleender, add potatoes broth slowly, until desired consistency. Cream or more brothy

Serve, add green onions, and pepper per taste preference

I also make some fish on the side and add it to top of my soup

Season samon with chilli powder, tumuric salt and pepper. Cook until golden. Add to to up soup.
