Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ends off the carrots, cut the bigger ones in half
Step 2
On a baking sheet spread the carrots and butter
Step 3
Drizzle on the maple syrup, season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Cook at 200c for around 40 minutes, finish with parsley
Step 5
For extra color broil the carrots for a minute at the end
