Pour the container of breadcrumbs into a dish and add Parmesan(half the amount of bread crumbs or less)

Place tinfoil in a pan and Oil or butter it. Or don't it's your pan

Mix Cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and Italian seasoning to the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture in small sprinkles until to your liking

Add mayo to a separate dish to dip the chicken into

Remove the tendon(or keep it if u want) from the Chicken breast

Finally, dip/massage the chicken into the mayo and roll it in the spice mixture then place it in the pan
