Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, salt, spice mix, egg, cream, and 1 TBSP of the butter to form a uniform batter
Step 2
Melt 1 TBSP butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Ladle half the batter into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on one side, and then flip the flatbread and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and set aside. Repeat with 1 TBSP of butter and the other half of the batter
Step 3
Brush the top or both sides of the breads with butter and sprinkle with a pinch of Indian spice mix. Serve hot
