Instructions

Step 1
Put in all ingredients except the raisins in a bowl and beat together until well blended, stir in the raisins.
Step 2
Spoon large teaspoons of the mixture into lightly grease baking sheets leaving room for spreading
Step 3
Bake 190c for about 15 minutes, 13 minutes in air fryer or until brown around the edges allowed to cool slightly before lifting onto a wired rack to cool completely
