Lo Mein Noodles with shiitake and water chestnut

150gNoodles
2 Tbspsesame oil
1carrot
large, juliened
0.5bell pepper
juliened
1 cupbroccoli florets
1 boxshiitake mushrooms
sliced
3cloves garlic
minced
1 Tbspginger paste
water chestnuts
4brazil nuts
Sauce
3 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1 ½ Tbspoyster sauce
1 ½ Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 ½ tsphoney
½ tspCorn starch

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredient for the sauce (minus corn starch). Whisk and set aside.
Step 2
2. Heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil and cook the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add the carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli along with half of the sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until fork tender. Add in the water chestnut and brazil nuts.
Step 3
3. Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain and coat with 1 Tbsp of sesame oil.
Step 4
4. Whisk the cornstarch into the remaining sauce. Create a well in the pan and add the sauce. Cook for one minute. Add the noodles and serve with spring onion and sesame seeds.
