50gwhole milk
200gall-purpose flour
150ggranulated sugar
50gbrown sugar
¼ tspbaking soda
¼ tspground cinnamon
¼ tspsalt
150gpeaches

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C
Step 2
Mix together the eggs, Greek yogurt, melted butter and milk
Step 3
Stir in the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
Step 4
Pour the diced peaches into the batter and set aside
Crumble
Step 5
Stir together the sugar and the butter
Step 6
Add the flour, cinnamon and the salt, mix until crumbly
Assemble
Step 7
Spoon the muffin batter into muffin liners
Step 8
Top with the crumble mixture
Step 9
Bake at 220°C for 5min then at 180°C for 20min
Step 10
Let them cool 10min before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
