½ tspturmeric
½ teaspooncoriander powder

Step 1
Heat ghee in the instant pot. Set to saute High.
Step 2
Once hot, add jeera (whole)
Step 3
Slice onions into thin strips
Step 4
Once jeera starts to splutter, add the onions
Step 5
Saute for 10 minutes constantly stirring
Step 6
Add the masala ingredients and stir
Step 7
Add the rice and stir for minute
Step 8
Add the buillon cube over the rice
Step 9
Add water up to a fingertip above the rice
Step 10
Close the instant pot lid and set to pressure cook for 7 minutes on high
