This recipe is meant for the grill, it can be done on the stovetop. The key is to get the beans cooked till they start to slightly break down. Let the beans rest and reheat before serving!

Step 1
Cook the bacon until just starting to brown. Do not cook the bacon so it gets crispy. Drain and cut up the bacon.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into an aluminum cooking pan for the grill.
Step 3
Place the pan on indirect heat. Cook uncovered for approximately 45-60 min at 350 degrees F or until they are bubbly around the edges. Let the beans rest for 5 min before serving. They can also be reheated in the oven or grill.
