Tilapia tomato shrimp rice

This is a paella inspired seafood rice all in one pot :)

Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to the rice cooker and cook the onions and garlic until translucent
Step 2
Add the diced tomatoes, cover and let it cook until water gets out of the tomatoes
Step 3
Add the tomato paste and mix for 3 minutes
Step 4
Add the rice and toast them. Add 2 1/4 cups of water and the California blend. Add the seasonings, then cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Season the tilapia and airfry it at 325⁰ for 15-20 minutes
Step 6
5 minutes before the rice is done cooking, add the shrimps at the top
Step 7
When the 20 minutes is done, let the rice covered off the heat for 10 minutes
Step 8
Add the tilapia on top of your rice portion
