Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, stevia, garlic powder, onion powder, seeds, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add butter and cut in with a pastry blender
Step 3
Add vavocado oil. Add in water a little at a time until the dough begins to form a ball.
Step 4
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one half of the dough as thin as possible.
Step 5
Cut the dough using a cookie cutter and place cut pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Repeat with remaining dough. Gather scraps of dough and re-roll until all dough is used.
Step 7
Using a toothpick, prick several holes in each cracker.
Step 8
Bake 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 9
Remove from oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
