Instructions
Step 1
Spray your crockpot very well with nonstick cooking spray or use a crock pot liner
Step 2
Add in the milk, oats, shredded carrots, maple syrup, brown sugar and spices. Mix well.
Step 3
Cook on low 4 hours. If you are using steel cut oats, cook up to 6 hours.
Step 4
Stir in the raisins.
Step 5
If it’s too thick for your liking, add more milk.
Step 6
Serve with chopped nuts, shredded coconut and extra maple syrup.
