50gbrown sugar
50gwhite sugar
150gplain flour
75gporridge oats

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180°c - 2. Put a pinch of flour on your baking tray and spread it out. - 3.Prepare and measure your ingredients, sieve your flour, chop your chocolate. - 4. Cream butter and both sugars together until soft/fluffy (butter room temperature). - 5. Beat in your egg. - 6. Stir in your sieved flour, baking powder, oats and chopped chocolate. - 7. Roll the mixture into 11 normal-sized spheres so there is nothing left in your mixing bowl. - 8. Put your spheres on your tray about 4cm apart, Lightly press down on the dough after. - 9. Bake for 13-15 minutes, If raw after 13 minutes, you have done something wrong. - 10. Turn off your oven and leave the cookies in there for 5 minutes. - 11. Take your cookies out of the oven, decorate (optional) and Enjoy !
