Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown and become slightly crispy. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is bright green and just tender. Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set it aside with the sausage.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp as they can become tough. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 5
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
Step 6
Return the cooked sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated with the honey garlic sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat everything through.
Step 7
Finish the dish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a bright, tangy flavor.
Step 8
Serve the Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli hot, over steamed rice, noodles, or on its own. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
