Bresaola peach ciabatta

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the peach into slices.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Add the peach slices. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey. Fry them for approx. 2 mins
Step 3
Turn the peaches over and drizzle with honey again. Fry for a further 2 mins.
Step 4
Cut the ciabatta in half. Only the bottom half is needed.
Step 5
Drizzle the ciabatta with the left olive oil and roast in a pan until golden brown.
Step 6
Pull the burrata apart and place it on the ciabatta.
Step 7
Top with the basil, bresaola and peach slices.
Step 8
Season with pepper.
Step 9
Finally, drizzle over the balsamic cream.
