Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken pieces in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients (except corn starch & water) and pour over the top of chicken.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Once cooking is done, remove chicken and shred.
Step 5
Strain juices from crockpot and add to sauce pan.
Step 6
Mix 1 tablespoon corn starch with one tablespoon water and slowly wisk onto sauce pan to thicken juices.
Step 7
Put chicken and sauce back in crockpot to serve.
Step 8
Serve over rice.
