Instructions

Step 1
First, create your nacho cheese. To do this, add to a pan, 16oz of Velveeta cheese, 8oz Pepperjack cheese, 1 can of Ro-Tel, 2 tbsps Bear & Burton’s W Sauce, a splash of milk, and some BBQ sauce.

Step 2
Cook and stir until all the ingredients have melted and mixed together.

Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl, add the shredded rotisserie chicken and add BBQ sauce and some Bear & Burton’s W sauce. Mix it all together and microwave for 30 seconds.

Plate some tortilla chips, then top with the BBQ shredded chicken, followed by the nacho cheese.
