Meal Prep School Lunch Sandwiches

My son loves these mini sandwiches on Brioche buns. We usually do salami, but this time it's turkey with mustard & marble cheese. I put them in Ziploc baggies & freeze them. Take out the morning of to put in bento box for lunch & they're thawed by lunch.đź‘Ť

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare sandwiches by laying sliced meat first in the fold of bun, then the cheese, mustard on top of cheese fold over meat close with top bun. Two mini sandwiches per snack Ziploc baggies. (12 in total) Put those inside of the bag the buns came in. Put into the freezer. On the day of school, pull out mini sandwiches frozen, put into prepped lunch with snacks/veggies/ fruit & the sandwiches will be thawed by lunchtime. *There is no sogginess in our experience.
