Mix together in large bowl: 3 ½ cups flour ½ tsp. Baking powder ½ tsp. Salt 1 ¼ cups shortening (240g)

Instructions Divide into 3 balls and roll out on floured surface. Makes 3 single crusts using 9 inch pans.
