Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the turkey breast in running water. Pat dry with kitchen towel and set aside.

frozen boneless turkey breast2 pounds
Marinade
Step 2
Combine the marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

olive oil3 Tbsp
light soy sauce1 Tbsp
cloves garlic4
fresh ginger2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
Step 3
Coat the turkey breast from both sides evenly with the marinade.
Step 4
Spray a large baking dish with the olive oil and place the turkey breast on the bottom. Dispose of the leftover from the marinade around.

Bake in a hot oven at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for around 1 hour. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
