Instructions

Step 1
1. For the meatballs: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.
Step 2
2. Combine the chicken, almond flour, celery, hot sauce, egg, green onions, garlic and salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Using a cookie scoop, roll out 34 one-inch balls and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through about 15 minutes.
Step 3
3. Once the meatballs are cooked, add to the 1 cup of Buffalo sauce & toss to coat well.
Step 4
4. Serve with the celery stalks, carrots, cheese, etc.!
