Instructions

Step 1
Melt your butter in a casserole over medium low heat.
Step 2
In the meantime, chop your chocolate then add it to your melted butter. Turn the heat off and stir for a couple of mins or until the chocolate completely melts. Set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar for a couple of mins, then swift your flour and cocoa in and finally your melted butter with chocolate.
Step 4
Gently mix everything until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Step 5
Add your brownie mix in a cake pan (20cm/8 inches) previously buttered and bake for 25-30 mins (180C/350F).
Step 6
Let your brownies completely cool down.
Step 7
In the meantime, let’s make a quick tiramisu cream! In a bowl, with the help of a hand mixer, mix mascarpone cheese with heavy cream and icing sugar for a minute, add some vanilla and coffee powder and mix until everything is nice and incorporated.
Step 8
Transfer your cream on top of your brownies, decorate with some cocoa powder and enjoy. Buon appetito!
