A slurping good time in no time. A dinner flled with fresh, healthy and protein-rich ingredients that will only take you 15 minutes. The star of the show is the miso tahini dressing (it’s good enough to drink).

⅓ cuptahini
1 Tbspmiso
1 inchginger

1 CloveGarlic
2 TbspTamari
1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
1 TbspRice Malt Syrup
1 tsptoasted sesame oil
3 Tbspwater

500gextra firm tofu
pressed, drained and diced

1 TbspTahini
½ Tbsprice malt syrup
½ Tbsptoasted sesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients for the miso tahini dressing into a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the instant noodles. Cook according to package instructions and drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat sesame oil over medium to high in a frying pan. Add the tofu, tamari, tahini, rice malt syrup and pepper. Flip the tofu pieces regularly to mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
To serve, begin by placing the noodles and spinach into serving bowls. Add the cucumber, carrot, edamame beans, tofu and avocado. Drizzle over the miso tahini dressing and garnish with tamari almonds and sesame seeds.
