These crispy cheese sticks are the ultimate finger food . Ready in just 20 minutes start to finish and they are so crispy and cheesy . I always make these as a little appetizer when I have friends over .

Step 1
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry then brush beaten egg all over the base . Sprinkle with cheddar chili and garlic powder and Italian herbs then add some black pepper
puff pastry275 gram
grated cheddar100 grams
egg1
chili powder1 tsp
garlic powder1 tsp
Step 2
Place the other pastry on top then roll it slightly flatter with a rolling pin to seal it together . Cut this into 2 cm strips .
Step 3
Twist each strip slightly then place on a baking sheet . Brush with the remaining egg wash then bake at 200 c 400 / f fan for 12 minutes or until golden . Once baked let them cool then you can eat as is or dip into your favorite creamy dip
