Step 1
Simmer Meat ingredients for 2-3 hrs. Heat oil in cast iron. Microwave 2-3 corn tortillas for 10 seconds, fill with scoop of meat, fold over and place in oil. Fry 1-3 min ove medium heat until crispy. Flip, fry 1-2 min.
