Instructions
Step 1
Combine the oil, garlic, some salt, half of the lime juice, and half of the cilantro into a large bowl and mix.
Add in the chicken and toss to coat (optional: cover bowl and allow chicken to marinate for 1 hour to
overnight).
Step 2
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium high heat and cook the chicken about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink on the inside.
Step 3
Remove chicken from the pan and sprinkle on remaining lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
